Oolong tea production is known for its special and intense manufacturing process, making it the most labor-intensive class of tea. This Milky Oolong takes it to the next level. “Milky” not only represents the creaminess of this tea, but also uses milk, or at least milk vapor. After being blanched, the Camellia Sinensis tea leaves are briefly held above the milk steam. They are then dried and rolled by hand to form beautiful green balls with the same scent as your cup.
